I know this has been brought up many times and will be closed and I will get warned: This was in response to being voted as a no. But was unable to post in that thread because like always, important threads that make the site look bad get closed.

If the scammers forum was properly done, then I would agree with you. But MOST EVERY CASE drags on for months and months before they are scammer tagged. Which gives them time to continue scamming and get rid of their fg and/or make a new account and do good for a bit then start their ways again. Nothing is done to protect members. For instance, losing in game items/gold, etc. for on account in game services provided. The protecting your fg by using a mediator does nothing but protect fg, but someone who empties your account in game could be prevented sometimes by having this feature. I use for example my recent issue where the guy provided me with an in game leveling services and wiped out my account. It took over a month to get him scammer tagged/locked and during that time he was still offering services on the forum. If it weren't for me posting in his threads to warn people, there would have been many more scams. D2JSP does a piss poor job with protecting its members/CUSTOMERS. If we had this feature, it would help us protect each other since JSP will not do it. You guys can either run this site better or give your CUSTOMERS a tool that would allow us to do your job for you. What ends up happening is when we try to warn other users about a scammer, you mods end up giving out warns like they are freaking candy to punish people for trying to make this site safer. Bottom line is, DO YOUR JOB BETTER OR ALLOW US A WAY TO DO IT FOR YOU!!!!
