So, it seems people are fully allowed to harass, bully, degrade and blackmail another user.

And it usually happens in form of Degrading another players name in Signature or Profile.

Rule currently says:
No flaming, insults, racism, degrading content, bullying, intimidation, harassment, or threats.
No usage of another user's personal pictures or information without express permission.
No encouraging, helping, or facilitating of others to violate site rules or policies.

Having a quote/a link - in the purpose of degrading another player / using their information(simply using the username is Degrading it).
And it does encourage others to do the same! DEGRADE CONTENT/BULLYING/HARASSMENT!

So, why arent your rules being enforced by your mods?
We are over and over again being told to "use the report function", "block the person".

*Suggestion to Actually Enforce the rules. Or simply just remove the whole rules-section.

I've had 6 months of people constantly harassing me, degrading my content, spamming in my topics, even BLACKMAILING ME FOR FG! - And there is now Clear evidence of it -
And who is sitting with warn? Because the mods here refuse to deal with it, I recieved warn for exaggerating in frustration that rules arent being enforced.
