Can we remove accounts that haven't been seen in over 5+/ 10+ years so things like this don't happen?

I'm sure with stipulations IMO there should be a name change forum where people can post their request and on a case by case basis have a moderator determine if its reasonable/viable to remove inactive accounts. Base it on posts/fg/ect doesn't matter but my example here is a clear point to the argument I'm trying to make.

It would effect inactive locked/scammer accounts.
(the debts would be erased preventing any chance of the victim getting their scams repaid)

Where should I have posted and again I added they're should be a forum where people make requests and action taken on a case by case basis.

In active directory if the current user hasn't logged into a system in over a year we purge it. So I don't see the problem tbh.

I wouldnt be here today. Life happens, plus its nice seeing all the old school peoples accounts from back in the day.

Account being deleted even though they’ve done it in the past makes no sense
Force a name change on acc to something random and if the account goes active again provide a free name change?

maybe something default and to picks comment it doesn't have to be 5 years it could be 10 or more my point is an 2003 with 0 posts shouldn't be here.
