loan sharks are a problem here. I would suggest that if someone posts one scammer accusation against another user you enforce it as you do, but you should not support a second scammer accusation by the same loaner against the same user. At that point you are supporting a loan shark who knew the risk of loaning to that user and it has been documented. here is an example https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=79401937&f=250 The interest from the first scammer accusation between these two was disturbing. It was straight up mafia interest and you are in effect acting as the enforcers with the baseball bats to the knees.

It is nice when friends loan friends to help them out, loan sharks however prey upon the weak at great profit.

I would also suggest that you do not enforce any loan interest at all in scammer accusations. Enforce the principle but not the interest. Enforcing the interest encourages loan sharks.

Then the users would get scammed out of the interest.
Here's an idea, users shouldn't take loans and commit to an insane interest rate if they are unable to pay it back.
