so, i want to change my name as i was pretty young when i created my jsp acc
and don't want to create another. i find it pretty outrageous as
if i wanted to outright pay money in exchange for fg to go to my name change it's $50
this shouldn't be as expensive if you don't get warned on jsp often / have been
an active decent user over a period of a year or something
