A sub forum for people specifically and only to post loans and agreements. Would allow others who are loaning to see if the borrower had previous/current loans. Would also help S/A to have a higher % of cases involving loans to have a real trade topic where it was discussed.

I know I'm not the first person to suggest this, but as long as the S/A is supporting unpaid loans it might be worth considering.

In general, loans are at user risk, and are not supported because it has too many drawbacks to it.

Also, with how people sell FG vs Cash for personal gain, rather than Star Upgrades, it would be impossible to really regulate the loan system in general.

As much as it makes sense, it won't happen.

could just name it "Scam Me Please"

Why would they make a sub-forum for something like that?
They literally give people months to pay back a loan if it's overdue without locking you.
People would be scamming loans left and right if it was actually something they could legally ask for in public.

As for your actual suggestion, this is a bad idea. This would make Jsp have to support loans and that would cause more issues than worth while. Such as the is mention in post #2 about people trying to sell it vs $$$.

Jsp already supports it by allowing people to post S/As about loans. They did not allow this in the past. When you post a S/A for a loan they also request a link to the topic where it was discussed. Again, because they support loans on the site. Maybe not officially, but providing support and requesting paybacks from the borrower for it in any way aside from closing the S/A and saying someone is out of luck is the same as supporting the activity.

Unlike people selling fg for $$, loans typically have a clear message attached to them stating it was a loan. It's not actually hard to track at all. Gold logs tell a pretty clear story most of the time.

They 100% dont support loans or gambling of any type but they also dont support scammers. They cant let people be scammed lol.

True. Which is why if people are going to be gambling and loaning anyway they should make it easier for themselves and the people involved. Either way it would keep those types of topics out of other forums.

Kind of off topic, but they also dont seem to care about UaP, seen same posts bumped to oblivion, along with unpaid loan posts in S/A, as an outsider view, seems like UaP and unpaid Loans are your problem, not JSPs. Take these 2 topics out of S/A, and probably 75%+ of the posts in S/A section would be gone.
