wish there was a way to send out a mass message to all guild members at one time so i dont have to send each one a message then get a stupid flood control for opening up all their profiles

Exact reasoning "Flood control" lol there are young minded amateurs when first starting on the website and they often abuse the rules "spam control". Just filling you in.

Guild leaders should have a option to message all Guild members

I agree man but as reasoning leaders could just create spam private messages also as any individual
