I would like to see a 1-800 number for jsp, so that when something happens that just can't be explained via email or private messaging. You can call and explain it get assistance.

Maybe even require the user to pay $$ for the service to cover the cost of your representative.

Good idea? Already been suggested?

Yes. I just think it would be a good idea, for example. Maybe you key logged and you're a huge member of d2 jsp? Well I don't know if sending an email would be efficient in that situation. You would want to call, verify your identity and have your account locked immediately

Maybe you don't feel comfortable buying FG with your credit card on the computer?(my situation). I'd prefer to be able to call a rep and do it over the phone.

Certain situations would be a lot easier/more efficient with a OTP representative.

Would cost more $ to operate this service than it would bring in.

So how would this work in practice?
Everyone would send photocopy of their driving license or identification card so person answering in hotline could really know it's you?

If there were ever a situation that couldn't be explained in General Hell, I'm sure someone would be willing to meet on vent or Skype to explain.
General Help can resolved 99% of the issues people gave on d2jsp though imo
