As we all know, the percentage of senior moderators who are Canadians is way too high. It's interrupting the general flow of the site and making it way too hockey and maple syrup oriented.
Personally, I like option 3 the best.
Obviously we wouldn't force anyone to leave, but I think most Canadians would want to, myself included.
