This would work much like the Private message block list without being too intrusive.
Let's say there's a topic you really do not want to see, general spam topics, political topics you don't agree with, traders you don't really like, etc.
Now the topic doesn't even have to be reported, you just won't see that topic which will give Staff members more time to deal with real issues.
Spam will no longer exist for users who dislike spam.
It shouldn't be hard to implement either as you would just be getting rid of your ability to view the topic.
Also, whenever someone hides the topic with the SpamTracker, it also lets you flags and report the topic as usual.
I think this would considerably discourage spam.
