so, in diablo 2 discussion, I find it hard to believe there are no rules for not having max topics allowed per a person like it is the way on trading grounds(so an user will get warned/suspended if per exemple he posts 10 topics in the top 50 topics(2pages) leaving the other users trying to trade not being given a fair chance)

here is the situation in legit dueling per exemple:

http://forums.d2jsp.org/forum.php?f=147

As you can see, the user TheMostHigh has bumped/spammed alot of topics, leaving the people that want tourneys for dueling/dueling ladder/fpks dueling threads/wagers threads being bumped off and not to be seen because he keeps spamming/bumping topics as to make his point accros;(which is none)

What I would suggest, is to be leanier than trading grounds;

say in dueling grounds(like legit dueling/pvp E/pvp W/pvp E have users that can only have 3-4topics per 50(2pages)

if more, then user gets warned/suspended;

I think this would leave a better experience for anyone who still wants to play this game, and actually not helping one user that has a vendetta towards someone keep spamming for his post count/bumping off other important threads;

I understand most of his topics are not closed because it is <<dueling content>> but shouldnt it be atleast some sort of rule to prevent someone like TheMostHigh to keep bumping topics and actually prevent other users to have their topics seen for ladders/dueling/tourneys?

Ty.

For those that are not knowing.

MichaelJackson is also TheMostHigh Aka Hybsin Aka RickCarson

He spams with threads of another person about 50 times to get his point across, Even though people ignore this user.

this is not just for him though, its for future/anyone who can/would/could spam and bump topics and spam as he does

but yes, he is a prime example what is wrong with spamming/bumping topics in a section which is for d2 dueling, not for spamming

To be honest, I think this is more just an issue of this particular user spamming. That forum doesn't really seem active enough for this to be a common issue.. just look at how spread out the post times are. I could post something and then have something else I wanted to discuss twelve hours later and they would both probably be on the front page if it weren't for this particular user and his multis (or friends?) spamming. I say report it, message a Junior Mod if it is too out of hand, and move on. I don't think a new rule for the forum would help much, especially because this guy would clearly just break the rules. If it were a common occurrence among different users I'd say yes, but I'm voting no.

It's not active enough to need it.

You are silly, It's very active.

People just don't post crazy to acknowledge they are alive, And spam is a big problem there.
