As this doesn't pertain to classic i won't have this stickied to classic unless someone is willing to sit and talk with me about items

This is a great contribution to the community. I personally wonder about why some items are considered popular or expensive and this guide is a great help to me. Hopefully others as well.

I did vote 'why not' but i don't be live it should be a stand alone sticky. Maybe you can get it added to the price check thread as a sub link?

I thought about it, But i'd rather have it on ladder sub forums rather than nonladder because more people are active and 99% of nonladder players already know these guide lines

Escnl is only place with a price guide and it isn't even worth following.
