Some bad manner users, spam constantly off topic/rude comments and destroying trade topics.
So I'd Like an option that block someone to post in my topics.
or just a "report button" so the spam post can be removed by a mod.

The Best way to do this imo, users in current blocklist must have no-access in the "blockers" topics.
