I am suggesting a new trading rule that would require all d2jsp users to put what they are buying or selling in their gold logs. Whether it be services, donations, item trades. It would also apply to unsupported transactions like loans, gambling, etc.

Pros:

This would require no coding at all from the d2jsp staff.
This would greatly help clean up unperm as perm scammer accusations and make them also make them easier to close.

Cons:

People would be required to write a gold log even if they do not want to for whatever reason it may be, sloth, they're really busy, they are doing something shady.

There is really no way of enforcing this rule, even if it is required.... it is complete honor system, and lets face it.. its the internet.

It's easily enforceable as the mods can see your gold logs already and would easily be able to hand out warnings or temp bans for abusing this rule.

If you can convince the minority of moderators on this website to check EVERY SINGLE ACCOUNT TRANSACTION.... then this rule would work. The time and effort is just not worth it. People will still bullshit the logs, even if its required... I can get a level service, and put 37x 32020 in the gold logs, and nobody would know the difference lol.

Personally I always put a comment when I buy something or when I send fg to someone. I prefer when others also put one when they send me fg. However I don't see why we should forced people with a rule.
People should stay free to write one or not.

They could add a report button in the comment section if they really felt the need to check every single transaction which is unrealistic.

i prefer the suggestion where users have a option to edit a comment in themselves for those people who prefer to have everything labelled
i do believe only trade mods and higher can see goldlogs, seeing as there are only like 20 people on this site who can see goldlogs, and almost 1 million accounts, thousands of active daily users, it would be impossible for the mod team to enforce this
