I looked around and didnt find it anywhere.

Currently when we send a PM to a user we get the nice little envelope picture next to the left of the users name.
I propose that when the user opens your PM the envelope changes to an open envelope or changes color to a red envelope if it was just deleted.

I see alot of users accusing others of ignoring them while doing level jobs and such. After sometime the user comes back and is lit up with several messages and then has a S/A thread made up on them. I feel like this would minimze this issue slightly and would be nice to know the user received and read your message.

I dont believe it will fix a million issues but I feel like it would be a great start.

Thoughts on this?

Correct but why not implement it through the standard pm instead of having to create it through the tracker. Im sure alot of users dont know its there.
