Just seen this on useast and have seen it in the past. Someone made 2 identical posts on page one with zero replies.
Why would they? no idea but when you try to report it there is nothing to correctly select.

It's considered an "Early Bump"

But without the mod's actually looking into it they would just see 1 post marked early bump. I find that method not very good.
mod's don't close posts for early bumps anyway. ive reported over 50 in the past 3 months and I dont think one was closed lol.
