So my idea is, a Edit section in the gold logs,
Obviously not to edit the original gold log part, but a section next to it to put in your own part.
not everyone posts in what the gold is sent for, but to help you keep track of what you sold you should be able to have a extra edit for yourself ,
My example is below,
Shows my Viper that was sold.. but the info there isn't great, could be any viper, so I put in my edit part what viper it is,(editing should be time limited after trade done).

just when you think, have I sold that item, check your gold logs
simple add, which to me is helpful,
some people don't put anything at all and you have no idea what it is. especially if you trade a lot.
