When you press a guild's page, you'll always have the option to view the guild's charter, even if the charter contains no information.

What I'd like is an option to hide your guild charter, just like you can hide your notes, blogs, signature etc. in your own profile.

Why do you want to hide your charter?

You can write there, that your guild is invite only or not available for a new requests. If that's a point.
