i posted a diablo 2 trade thread (5 fg bolded topic) and it was closed immediately after being reported for my breaking a trade rule

i was sent a PM by the moderator who locked it and he explained why (bodierox - http://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=568563)

a couple days later, i see the same guy who got my paid topic locked break a rule in his thread, and i reported him and sent a pm to bodierox immedietly

bodierox says he is at work and on his phone so he cannot do anything. i wait 24 hours and then send him another message and he still gives me the runaround and does not close the thread where i show him exactly where a rule is broken (it is also a bolded topic, which is why i think it is completely fair for it to get closed)

why should this guy be a moderator when he picks and chooses when and where somebody should be penalized for breaking a trade rule?

treat everybody the same, even if they are your friend, is how moderators should conduct themselves

PM a Senior Moderator if you have issue with a staff member
