Ok, so everyone should know there is a 4 hour bump rule for all topics on jsp and you are not supposed to have more than 2-3 topics in the top 50 per forum depending on the actual forum.
However, There is a new trend going on of making random ISO threads on any game realms/forums with no intent what-so-ever to buy or even look at anything. It's all about acquiring higher post count for w/e reason they may have.
Initially I just looked the other way and didnt care too much because they arent breaking any current jsp rules that i can think of. However, more and more people are joining in on the trend because they have previously contacted trade meds about the issue spamming up the trade forums and nothing will be done about it.
The real problem i see here is once a decent amount of people (20+) start doing the exact same thing, it will lock up the trading and spam out the game forums; and on the site's end, lower the amount of fg usage and eventually the amount of $ input by users into the site.
I can name 5 other game forums that shut down due to spam bots, but this is a "legal" way that jsp could potentially get spammed out, since there are no restrictions on it as long as everyone keeps only 2 topics in the top 50 and bumps at the 4 hour marks.
this is what i mean, here are three different user's recent topics having the same iso across multi realms and never reply to any of the items offered....and I mean even free items that fit their iso:
