Here's the problem with this idea, the system to auto detect spam wouldnt work because it would probably be either very expensive or improbable to create a program that can differentiate between spam and actual on topic posts, and same with the bots, the bot idea is essentially the same as an auto detect program

The system in place is designed so that if a topic creator feels that they are being spammed, they can report, and the moderators can respond accordingly, i don't think there's much need to change it, nor would they be able to use either of those ideas

If a topic is spammed, there is already the report button. An auto system is not going to happen, and will never come. When the button is pressed, it will be reviewed by a Moderator, so a real person and actions will be taken if needed.
The decision of the Moderator is based on what is inside the topic. If you feel that your topic is closed unjustly you can still send a pm to any Moderator and ask for clarification.

Also, you are speaking about "bot", I don't see how it could be added, since anything related to this is against the site rules.
Nulled.

It would be hard to automate such an advanced human thought process (debating between good/bad and consequence).

I think you have the purest of intentions, but I don't think this is realistic nor would it help (edit) properly.
I'm going to null (no vote) as well.

I'll be undecided.. bcuz, option 2 basically sounds like the NSA watching our every move.. I don't feel I need a gaming website having to watch our every move because somebody doesn't like the current system that's implemented already
