Very simple change. Add either an additional link to the "recent topics" page, or a section containing unclosed recent topics to the topic tracker page, to make it easier to see which threads have been replied to. The second idea would also allow you to track recent topics (in bulk) directly from the topic tracker since it would be in the same layout as the tracked topics page
