It just makes a lot more sense for there to be a sticky right out front, or maybe a link at the top of the sight.

Maybe add a hyperlink next to Forum Gold, or above that next to Live Streams??

It would be alot easier than clicking forums, then general help, then the sticky, then the tool.

Well, it is not as though the tool is something that needs to be used frequently throughout every day. The URL is really simple to remember, much like the user search, so I would just use that personally.

It is also accessable from Settings ~> Change Star Settings ~> Adding Star Upgrades, I find that to be pretty easy as well.

I am not totally averse to the prospect, but I do not see a real need for it, sorry. I feel that if anything it would come across as somewhat money-grubbing to have it plastered onto the front page of the forum; as-is, it is a bit more respectably placed.
