This site is not, nor has it ever been a charitable organization, and as such, everything paid is and always has been a purchase, not a donation. Using terms such as donations and Donors is confusing, and is being corrected where necessary. If a different synonym for Customer (such as Patron) is preferred, I am open to such suggestions, but will not be changing it back to a term that is not applicable.

edit: Other vague terms such as "Supporter" are also not going to be used. The avoidance of ambiguity is important, which is why Customer was chosen. It fits 100% in line with what it has always been both technically and literally.

According to this words there are no donations only purchases so the subforum name needs to be changed.

In the Donor Forum you donated FG's in the name of someone , there for it should remain Donor Forum.

no you dont. you sell fg to another user. the fg goes to the buyer and the money to njaguar which is basically a purchase that makes you a customer.

Customer is an awful word and makes it sound like this is some RMT site. Don't know why njaguar used that. We just need to find a new name lol (As he said in his post) Patron or something

Edit: Actually I take that back. Customer's seems correct for the top 50. But the donor forum should still be the same because technically someone donated for me to get in. I didn't purchase or send njaguar any $. So I am a recipient of a donor, which does make me a customer i guess.

in the top 50 there are people who donated over 500k fg only to obtain stars, no money involved, no costumer either then. makes absolutely no sense however.

+ customer means you have to get special rights like take back the money within 14 days and send the fg back to njaguar to cancel the order.
