This certainly isn't a bug that would cause any significant harm, but it is a bug


As for repeating this bug, I haven't found any tactic to repeat it. It just happens.

This happens when you connect from multiple devices simultaneously (phone, computer 1, computer 2, etc).

I took that S/S , and I only use 1 connection
