have you ever been trading with someone who attempted to scam you? For those kind of incidents I vote for adding the "Swindler Tag".
Any user who is acting suspiciously or even tried to scam others, should be tagged as a swindler, in order to warn others, prevent actual scams and keep d2jsp a safe place for everyone.

something of the sort would kinda be nice, however it will never happen.

you can't indict someone for something that never happened.
would take far too many human resources to monitor and apply this kind of tag.

it's more of a scanner that got away multiple times, or has had multiple accusations but never enough evidence
