This simple addition would be very similar to Political and Religious Discussion in the way it functions.

People merely make a post about whatever they want as long as it falls within the general umbrella of "business" and "money."

I think General Chat already suits these topics very well, as they are few and far in between.

They are few and far between because there is no adequate place to discuss them.
