el otro dia cree un tema con o hrs n read list en buying itens y me enviaron una notificacion de cambio a selling y oy e creao uno con o hrs n read list en selling y me a vuelto a pasar y si sigo asi me advertiran o suspenderan mas la cuenta como creo cuando ofrecca hrs y necesite objetos?

Usually its easier to make a topic to sell your HRS for FG then a topic to buy the items you want for FG

I believe the reason to why your topic was moved from buying to selling was cause it was unclear if you were selling or buying.
Just make sure you clearly state if you want to buy a item or you want to sell

You are allowed to offer HRS for a item but would be easier to make a list of items you need, then state down below that you can offer runes for the items just make sure you specify what runes you are willing to offer as well.
