Why do you let users sell character / account names in the D2 trading forums?
You can just register the name on an email, and sell it and give them a fake email. Then, after a certain while, use the password recovery broken system with battle.net's server and get a random generated password back to your main email. Then, re-login into the account and change password through D2's GUI.
It's not 100% Mediation proof and will just end up with more reports in the scammer accusations forum.

I would never buy an account. nor would I have just written instructions on how to do that to people. if that works you are just teaching more people how to do it turd.
Im trying to WARN people that they can get scammed and that type of behavior shouldn't be available for user's to FREELY scam people. It should be prohibited.
It's the same logic as not allowing flame posts. If I made this topic with: Flaming people should be Illegal
Then people will just reply, they have "free will" and will if they want to flame they can.
But, "No flaming" is actually a official d2jsp rule. That is why I believe selling char names / accounts through D2 should be an illegal trade.
