So this happens to me pretty often.

Lets say i track a topic for 2x weeks and I am down to only an hour left until it is unsubscriped.
I go to click track topic to reload more time on the counter however * Error you are allready tracking this topic *

I propose an awesome idea to this horrible error. How about when we click on "track Topic" even if it is allready tracked it will take us right to the screen to track it for X amount of time instead of giving us an error and making us unsubscribe and retrack.


This is the case for when I was building a computer.. I had all the info in the thread which was awesome but when I was about to start buying and such the topic was about to expire. I had to delete it and retrack the topic. Going through each page to find it. ( recent posts wouldnt work because I bounce around to so many subforums )

Please add this to make it easier for us!


Edit: I understand it can be tracked for 3months but it still comes to a point when you may want to keep tracking it and makes it hard if no1 has posted in it ( making you go though a bunch of pages to find it )

I'm not sure if I understood your problem correctly, however, you should be able to edit and extend your tracked topics here: http://forums.d2jsp.org/track.php

Just check the topics you wish to edit, and hit Edit Selected Topics, then on the far right you can prolong or shorten the tracked topic timer, then hit Update Selected Topics.

You should only be getting the "You are already subscribed to this topic." message if you are trying to retrack the topic directly from the topic, and not via the Topic Tracker tool.
