The "new service" button is first. Ive just noticed an issue where people will create services instead of normal topics and they end up being closed.

If it could be moved to last option I think this could prevent this from happening.

Its need to instantly remove this button to prevent such mistakes. But people need at least watch what they are doing, instead of blind clicking. No from me. I don't see a point in this suggestion.
