The thing is it isn't a nonladder forum its both a ladder, nonladder, hc, and sc forum. The LoD nonladder and ladder forums are specified as such which is why you're not allowed to post your nonladder items in the ladder section and vice versa.
I don't see the need to split up the forum into nonladder and ladder anyways since I've traded for many years in the Classic - USEast forums and have done so without any problems. In my opinion, its also better the way it is since most of the classic players play both ladder and nonladder they're able to browse a single forum and find what they need for both. Also, since the community is small having the cores, ladder, and nonladder together doesn't really affect the visibility of the topics since there are very few being made.
