Hello, the best thing to do in these situations is to simply report the post using the report button and move on. Don't respond to them since as you can see that can get you in trouble as well. If a specific user is constantly flaming you then you can collect all of the posts he's flaming you in and PM them to a moderator. Also, if you feel your suspension was unfair then you can PM a
Senior Moderator.
