In my opinion, League needs to be added in the Games List under your profile.
Some people likes to update people of what games they're playing, and there's alot of LoL players on d2jsp.

You could always custom, but it is played by a lot to be added in as a normal game.

Its easy to just customized the game list and games you play, I guess it wouldn't hurt considering its a big game tho.

Taking in mind how vast the player base is for this title and how popular it has grown, I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be added to the preset game list.
