I feel that Hearthstone has the opportunities of having services done in regards to Arena and Rank. People who are really good at Hearthstone could actually profit in Forum gold for doing all sorts of things on there for people like Winning in Arena or getting people all the way to Legendary.
People were able to rent out accounts/sell keys for Hearthstone and Heroes of the storm, I don't see why this wouldn't be allowed
I feel that hearthstone should have a event section in which people can post iso or ft services regarding Arena and ranked. If not, I feel they should be allowed to be offered in the Hearthstone section itself

Voted yes. The game is growing and this could be a huge opportunity for people to make fg and get help.

People are able to sell/buy services regarding the Warcraft 3 Ladder System for wins/ratios, and hearthstone would be the same thing, just different game, so I don't see why not. However, nowhere on the HS forum does it say that there's no services allowed.
