In general it seems that Paul either implements suggestions immediately, if he takes a liking to them, or not at all. There are some suggestions that get approved in a few months, or even weeks, and others have gone on with mass support for literally years with no admin input.
I think, if we were to make this a suggestion, that admin feedback should be required in topics that have a certain number of 'approval' votes. Almost like how people gather signatures so that their political representative will take heed.
I would make this a suggeston myself, but somehow I don't think they would like this obligation on them.
