Obviously most of you know about the Donate for me please! thread where you can send xxxx FG to the mediator and he will search for a donor for xxxx$

My suggestion is simply have both sides available!

I have been looking to donate vs FG for somebody but I can't find a ratio I like.

So my suggestion is simple, I would like it to run both ways so I can PM the med saying "I'd like to donate xxxx$ vs xxxxFG, please find me a donor!"

It can work one of two ways I can think of off the top of my head.

Either the user wanting to donate can donate to the site and wait for a donor of FG to come along and agree to the deal (But this comes with the problem what if nobody wants to donate the FG you have requested, what happens to your money?)

Or it can be just like it is now, PM a med saying searching for donor and put it in their replies I.E "20$ from ____ searching for 1000FG being donated by ___"

I think this could increase the interest for the thread and give more people what they want.

There are so many ways that this could backfire. I'm gonna have to vote no, sorry.
It works perfectly fine for you to just look through the amounts that a Mediator is holding and to PM the Mediator.

this would ruin ratios and eventually destroy fg's value. also we would have 1000+ names on list who wants higher ratio. i know, since i get hundreads of request like this per month.

Very very true, didn't think about the effect it would have on the value of FG.

Yes, I am hesitant to donate because 25$ vs 1kfg seems like a bit much

But being new I don't really know the value of FG sooo
