Howdy there!

We already have an International languages list here http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=65921002

But there are not all the languages, also languages like Russian, Chinese, Eesti, Japanese etc. have only 1-2 members, that are usually offline or busy.

So why not to make a list of approved "not rated" users, that are fluent in both of languages (English and another one)?


This will speed up translation assistance.

and no google translater do alot of mistakes which could led to massive missunderstanding or you will say things you don't wanted to say.
Could be useful if you just want to talk to a friend but not if it's about helping someone in another language and explain things.
