My suggestion is a subforum in PoE called "Clan Discussion"

In this place u can discus everything about the ingame clans
and also recruit Clan members etc.

Pretty much the same idea as we have in RuneScape here :

I think that'd be great, much better than having guild threads, (of which many more will be created) in the forum for discussion.
