Okay, so my idea is basically to add a pop-up preview box when you hover over a link to someones last post, much like when you hover over certain forums.

If this has been suggested already I'm sorry

Why would this be necessary? Why would you care what the last post says if you didn't know what the topic said anyway? And if you were to look at what the topic said it would take 1 extra click to get to the last post
