Please explain, in the diablo 3 tading section north america why my threads (selling unides) get locked if i respond with t4t as people buy my items but vital (aka atm) does the same thing over and over for the exact same thing and his threads never get closed.... am i missing something if u pay for a thread u can bump all the time and never get locked? Thank you for any feedback

Those posts could be considered as early bumps
You can just report those posts when you see them
It will get closed eventually and the user can possibly receive a suspension or warn if he's done it enough
Paid threads don't receive any special treatment
