If you mean the thing that looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/SR3mZoZ.png (But your username/messages etc) then that has been fixed already. You need to press Ctrl+F5 a few times, and possibly change your theme to another, save it, then Ctrl+F5 and switch back until the desired effect is achieved.(This has worked for several people)

Im on my phone atm and i think if we leave it like this and put up a banner that we want it could be sick though
