There are way too many scammers in these forums. I think I've found a way to both protect users and scare away some of the scammers. People are contacted by other players in the game, offering game currency, FG and even paypal(though it's illegal in these, it's very tempting). They do not disclose their d2jsp name or impersonate other users so the only people who pay for the crime are the victims themselves and the people they impersonate.If someone sees right through a scammer and wishes to warn others potential victims their thread is moved to the scammer accusation forum instead which users will not see until it's too late. Most traders do not visit the scammer accusation forum unless they've been scammed themselves so it's very hard to know who could potentially be a scammer in the game.

To have a sticky note at the top of the trade forum of all known(potential) scammers that we do not know their d2jsp name but have their D3 tag. Make a list that's easy to search through with CTRL+F. The title could be Warning/Beware and sub-title would be List of potential scammers or something along those lines.
Users could take screen shots of the accused and post them in that thread instead of flooding the scammer accusation forum then the list could be updated daily/weekly.
I think it would be a very good idea and would protect many people(especially new/young users) from being scammed.
