I've seen many people scammed in the d2jsp section.
most in the Runescape section.
i would like to suggest that people who have a scammer accusation against them, to receive a temporary locked tag, to prevent the same user from continuing the scam/dumping fg or multing it off.

some examples are:
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=68427055&f=250 user took fg. then bought more stuff with it.
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=68479556&f=250 user took said amount of money. and dumped his fg
http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=68604654&f=250 fg taken and multi'd off

there are many many more, and i understand that mods do have other things to do, (family, life, there own trades).

by temporary lock i mean if said user has a decent s/a made against him, don't allow him to use fg/that account for trades. to prevent further scams
if the blamed are proven guilty they receive a scammer tag to boot with locked
if the blamed are proven innocence remove the locked tag apologize for any inconvenience and let them go on there merry way. the accuser then gets locked.

if in default and meds cant decide if the guy did it or not then either enough evidence was not provided, or it didn't happen.

That'd be a pretty big inconvenience, if they were innocent, depending on how long it takes for the accuser to provide evidence, that could be as much as a full day (let's say the accuser has a busy schedule)

But, what if the user accused is guilty, but the accuser just doesn't have enough evidence? Then a user who just accidentally left the game at the wrong time or deleted a PM could be scammed, AND locked.

happens all the time.
like i said if in default if not enough evidence. nothing happens

i would be fine with it . Sometimes the scammers trade off the fg before they are able to get locked and the forum bank will take fg from a unsuspecting user that didnt know he was dealing with a shady person

dumping fg onto the multis isnt the problem here i'm certain the mods can retrace those steps really easy.
