It is easy to create d2jsp multis to continuously allow scammers options. one acct gets banned and they will create another np, however you cannot change your bnet acct name (more than once).

imo, the amount of scams from d2jsp multis using the same bnet acct would greatly decrease as a result. it also would not be difficult to do. most s/a associated with d3 scams involve a guilty d3 account revealed by a s/s or pm. the mod in charge of such s/a could just add the culprit account to the stickied list.

You don't need a list and this will never happen. If you follow the rules of the forum (so you don't make Illegal trade), and use a Mediator, you will never get scammed.

the trading forum gets flooded with posts like these, which do have some merit albeit being in the wrong place. not only would this decrease scams it would reveal more multi accounts.

A lot of people get scammed because they make the mistake to write the BT in the topic instead of exchange it per PM only. It's the same as write the d2 game in the topic. To be sure with the person you are trading manage the deal in the trade topic and exchange the BT per PM. Don't make Illegal Trade.
Use a Mediator is the only way to make a trade safely.

The problem is that people are stupid and you can't change that.

Nice idea! But really hard to keep updated and takes a lot of time and alos there can be mistaken accused ppl also.

It's easy to make and it really paying attention for ppl cause it's stickied front site of trading area. I know ppl should read rules. But there is lot of new ppl who is coming and don't think about so much.

You guys are missing here a fact that they don't want scams to stop happening. The more scams, the more work on S/A, the more fun they get, the more brown nose - mod candidates and circle of jsp life is running.

In other words - without scams their lives would be even more miserable, so it's fine as it is, and hey - only dumb ppl get scammed.

No need.
And i believe it will not happend.
Use mediator as said above.
