Basically, add a bump button to Graphic Request Forum that appears every 12 hours.


And add the option to report people who are breaking the 12 hour bump rule.




I feel this add is needed for 3 reasons.
1. There should be an option to report people who are breaking the rules obviously.
2. People who use trade forums are used to seeing the familiar 'Bump' button, and it seems people early bump a lot less since it's addition. Maybe this will be the case in GRF.
3. This rule is frequently broken because of the unfamiliar bump time from people who aren't used to the bump change. It's 4 hours in d2 trade forums for instance.

But the report addition I am neutral.
It wouldn't hurt of course, but at the same time, 'post-to-post'/early bumping is considered to be spam. And we already have a spam choice.

But good suggestion. I think the bump addition to the topics would be a great idea!
