We could have a forum for setting up matches between players on d2jsp and a sub-forum for guides for building decks and discuss strategy. There will no no fee to play Hearthstone and no trading of cards.

There is a lot of information in those links and can fill you in about the game. At the moment it's still in Beta but once it is released i think it will be a hot game and a lot of people will be playing.

*Sorry if there is already a suggestion for this. I googled but did not find one but i could have missed it.

Yes. If it is streamed on twitch, it should have a sub forum.

Every blizzard game has a forum in the other games section, and hearthstone just went live on closed beta for the public, so I'm voting yes, but I'm pretty sure it'll get added eventually because SC2/WoW/D2/D3 all have their own forums.
