It's only a 15 second wait. It's not that big of a deal to wait.

As Austin said, wait 15 secondes is not long. If we remove it, a lot of people could abuse of it.
In my eyes, this suggestion is not going to happen.

Yeah im sure it wont happen either.

But what if you made it like a purchasable option?

ie: 1,500 to change name, 2,500 rainbow orb, 1,000 for no time gap between pms

Sending multiple pms has already been turned down, even if it cost fg.

15 seconds is more than enough of a wait time per message.
