I have no idea why I have to make an event to request a mediator when there is a button to click in the service thread and I have no idea how to create an event to even request a mediator... Fix this issue and allow myself and other users to request a mediator in our service threads without any confusion please and thanks for reading my post.

Can a Mediator contact me as I cannot request one after creating the event....

EDIT; Figured it out but I think this issue still needs to be addressed to be more user friendly.
