I have been on the "Infestation: Survivor Stories" sub section recently, and noticed a lack of moderation on its forum.

I see some posts involving people who are clearly using hacks (self posted screenies)

One in particular about recruiting hackers

another fella named D2hacker88 posted screenies of his hacks in his own post while typing to us in the chat within it "umad bro" (the post is to sell his gcs)

one of his screenies were deleted, along with some evidence and smart remarks posted in it which would be more useful if it were still there (or the entire post closed).

Now to get back to the main point...
Why havnt these topics been deleted? Who oversees this particular forums?
It was always my understanding that these are illegal posts.

If someone does something this illegal in their trade posts, explain to us why the entire post is not removed?
My theory is that although d2jsp has expanded into many different games, Many moderators of forums still follow the rules a little too closely. (as to be able to have such deceptive titles as the one recruiting hackers)
Unless many of you are just as corrupt as the hackers themselves in order to allow it, (I would be much pleased if this is not really the case) Remove the topic.
The only thing that leads me to any of this suspicion is that the topic itself was not removed, yet one post that would be detrimental to the poster's endeavours was yes.... removed.
It was removed because of his SS as far as i can see, yet there is clearly still one SS up with his smart remakrs.

It would be nice if there were either more moderators of this sub section, or else trustworthy people in place who can do their job propperly.
